Award Realty was formed in 1980. Since that time, Award has become one of the most productive Real Estate Companies in the Las Vegas area. There are more than 40 Award associates with varied backgrounds in all facets of the real estate industry.

The per month production at Award Realty is very high. Our associates open approximately 65 to 70 escrows per month. Award Realty is capable of handling every kind of real estate transaction, including the sale of Las Vegas strip properties, shopping centers, apartment complexes, land, condos, single family homes and new home developments. We are also very involved in selling HUD repossessions and handle listing referrals from banks, mortgage companies, saving and loans and major companies transferring employees.

Award Realty has a Property Management Division which handles properties for many investors. We are members of RELO, a relocation company which serves the United States. RELO leads the top 100 real estate firms with 35.8% of the sales volume.
